Decap Attack is a side-scrolling platformer that was released for the Sega Genesis. In the game, you play as a headless mummy named Chuck D. Head. Make your way through levels containing various hazards and enemies. Kill enemies by jumping on them, punching them with your torso's face, or launching skulls at them.

Controls: Left / Right Arrow = Move, Down = Crouch, Z = Open Item Menu, X = Attack, C = Jump / Swim, Enter = Pause
