Try to balance your unicycle on a tightrope. Use your mouse to make the balance controller stand in the center, or it will make you lose your grip and fall. Drag the rope with your mouse and release it to make you jump. The more you pull the rope down, the higher you will jump. Blue balls will give you points, while red ones will kill you. Watch out for the green ones which give you an extra life.
