Shoot down the terrorists but try to prevent innocent bystanders from getting hit. The Press Icon means you're getting Publicity Bonuses. If you injure these guys you lose 10,000 points each time. If you injure innocent bystanders, you lose points from your score. Moving around and crouching will make it more difficult for the terrorists to hit you, but moving around may put the person following you in jeopardy.
