Face cute opponents in turn-based match-3 battles in BioGems. Each battle presents you with a grid of gems, which produce different effects when three or more are matched. Fist gems deal damage to your opponent, purple star gems deal more damage, pink gems counter your opponent's attack, red fire gems give you rage, green hearts restore some of your life points, blue shields increase your defense, and yellow lightning bolts refill your energy bar for attacks. You gain an extra turn by matching four or more gems. Matching gems with shiny borders will give you rubies, which you can use to purchase upgrades between battles. Don't wait too long to make a move or your turn will be skipped. Reduce your opponent's life points to zero to win the battle.
