Follow the car around town but don't get too close that the driver sees you. If something looks suspicious, take a picture of it as evidence. When you get six incriminating photos, high-tail it over to the police station before the driver skips town. Use the arrow keys to move your car and space bar to brake. When taking a picture, use the up/down arrows to duck/stand up and space bar to snap a picture.
