Madness Ambulation has you driving along the edge of cliff as Madness characters try to kill you. Travel as far as possible, killing enemies by shooting them or ramming them with your vehicle. If an enemy clings onto your vehicle, move left and right rapidly to shake him off. Collect weapon and health power-ups on the road. If your vehicle takes too much damage, it's the end of the road for you!
